I have been commissioned by the very sweet lilzazu to draw a scene from our lovely merith's fanfic 'From the East, the Sun'. She was very cute approaching me with this request. Because mermer definitely deserves much loving for all the loving she gives!

In this scene, Heero shows Duo a sketch Ryan (Duo's son) drew of all three of them. Awww. (I hope Ryan forgives me for the stick figures, I'm sure he's a better artist than I. ^_~)

A lovely picture. My biggest complaint about GW art is that the artists, more often than not, portray the guys as being in their teens, even in provocative poses and when the story says they're older. Your pic has them looking like adults, as they should be. Good job.

Lovely job capturing that scene! I love that story. I like how the kitchen around them is slightly out of 'focus', it makes things seem very homed in on the emotion of the moment. ^_____^
